We work with CTT (Post services form Portugal) and UPS.
Shipping rates can be reviewed at checkout before payment and can be updated anytime.
International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We advise international customers to confirm/calculate applicable duties and taxes before purchasing.
International shipments may take a few extra business days due to export procedures and customs requirements. These delays are outside our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
Please note: If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, an unknown address, or because the order was not claimed or collected, we will issue a refund or a discount voucher. All original shipping costs, as well as any additional costs incurred in connection with the return of the order, will be deducted from the total amount refunded or credited to the customer.
